WEEK 1
__________________
Week 1 - Monday

It's the first lesson we ever had this week. It's quite interesting. Ms Malyana isn't going to teach anymore. So Mr Chua took over. Teacher told us about the things we will do on the upcoming weeks and how are we going to get it. Our report book will be graded by our class work, Shakespeare's Drama, Are You Lonesome Tonight and the Mighty Membrane or something, and of course, Common Test. Not to forget our learning logs.

By just thinking about what we will do. I'm guessing, there will be a lot. And it won't be easy. Because we are formed in a group. Sure, it's fun having people working with you... but there's always other that won't contribute and will pull down the whole team. Which will possibly make the whole group screw up and fail. That's why I was hoping to be with those people that are committed to their studies. Mr Chua divided us into 4 groups. Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. I guess being a police doesn't let him forget about those alphabet names. I'm in Team Charlie. My group seems okay. And I believe in them. I believe that they will pass. But one other thing. Teacher said... half of us will pass... and half of us will fail... That made me worried all of the sudden. I mean, really, that sucks. That's why I must work hard and be a 'Romeo'

Week 1 - Thursday

We were gathered at the Aces gallery and formed to our groups just like we were last Monday. Charlie. We chose Romeo and Juliet. Of course, I volunteered to be Romeo because I know, no one will take that place. People are shy, I don't really know why. The other became Wardrobe, Set decorator etc. Although this is the first time I don't want to have a role of a guy. I forgot that when there's Romeo, there's Juliet. And the Juliet in my group have issues with guys. I mean, we're gonna fake-kiss. YES. A KISS! Yes. It is gross. But I must do everything to pass. So I just live with it. Let her be the Juliet, I'm sure everything will work out.

You know, if this happens in real life. Like, you must act to save your life or if your job is an actor. You must do your best to act. Like if you're given a role, you must feel like you're the person you are playing. You won't go to stage or camera looking weird not knowing what to do. You'll be sure to be fired. This is what I don't want from my groupmates. I hope they certainly not those kind of people.

The hard thing about being a Romeo is the words, the script. They are romantic and good for the women. But I'm not sure if I can remember it. I tried being romantic to a girl before and it worked. But that was just playing. And this, I have to sound like Romeo and say the thing Romeo said in the passage. His words are romantic and he uses imagery, sonnets and other styles.
John Gallagher Jr. as Johnny and Rebecca Naomi Jones as Whatsername in "Green Day's American Idiot on Broadway". Kissing scene of the musical. This is like Romeo and Juliet but with a song. The song their playing is "Last Night On Earth" by Green Day
