Week 6
___________

Week 6 - Monday

Teacher gave the class an article about drugs. Well, one thing it tell me about the article. There's no going back once you take drugs. It's one way ticket to hell. By hell, I mean, problems and miseries. You'll have problems among families and friends. The way they look at you will be different. But they still care about you. It's like Elvis and Redhead. Although Elvis treat Redhead like a stranger, or just a person that wants money, Redhead still loves Elvis. This shows that true love doesn't change even if your partner treat you badly, it's just a matter or will and true love. And Mr Chua showed our learning logs... well, I missed a post. But thank goodness, he gave us a chance which is good :D

Week 6 - Thursday

We started with the The Mighty Mandarin. Well, what happened was teacher ask us to stand and read out the lines. Row by row. Teacher was testing us if we are alert and listening during his lessons. Well, that was necessary I guess. The funny part of this lesson was teacher changing his voice. The class laughed because he changed his voice like a girl. I like this lesson. Teachers can be fun from time to time. One thing bothers me though. It's how my classmates read. I'm not trying to say anything bad, but they read kind of slow and like they just learned how to read. I want to read in a normal speed and good intonation. But I just can't, they're dragging me down. Majority doesn't read like me. It just disturbs me when people read like that. I'm not trying to say I'm the greatest reader but at least I read quite okay. I don't really know what to talk about in The Mighty Mandarin but at least I got a reflection on how my classmates read. :)
